We would like to introduce ourselves

 

Louise Baldwin Graef – The force behind the Cuchara Vacation Rental Experience, she's been a resident of Cuchara since 1968. Louise has worked in the customer service industry her entire life, growing up in Cuchara with her family and parents,

David and Dianne Baldwin and owning & operating local businesses such as the Cuchara Country Stores and The Dog Bar.

She has over 33 years experience in management. 22 years managing The Dog Bar & Cuchara Country Store, 9 of those years helping to manage the Cuchara Inn. 2 years as Cuchara Mountain Resort Ski Patrol Director, 3 years as Co-owner/Operator of Blue Lake Organics in LaVeta. As well as being in the vacation rental business for the past 19 years renting properties in two states; Colorado and Hawaii.

 

Chip Graef – Chip brings to Cuchara Vacation Rentals a wealth of knowledge and experience about all aspects of home building, maintenance, and repairs. With 50 years of Construction Experience and Management, as well as, owning and operating a Property Maintenance Business in Mammoth Lakes, California for 7 years prior to moving to Colorado in 2002.

We handle the entire reservation and the booking and payment process, manage all associated tax collection and payment, as well as provide monthly accounting to the property owner.

 

We are here to answer questions and provide support 7 days a week (and after hours!). We are always accessible to our owners and guests. We are on call for our guests with any questions or concerns about your property or questions about the area and things to do.

 

We respond as quickly as possible to all matters concerning your property and communicate any potential concerns to you promptly.

We will happily do a walk-through consultation to advise the Homeowner of opportunities to increase income and enhance design, as well as any safety and maintenance issues.

 

We work with the Homeowner to determine pricing by utilizing area comps and personal experience. We advertise on your behalf with major sites like Airbnb & VRBO, Facebook, Google, and  Colorado Vacation Directory.

 

 

We keep your property in tip-top shape

 

Housekeeping excellence is a top priority for Cuchara Vacation Rentals, we stand by our commitment to cleanliness. We guarantee that your vacation rental will be clean and safe upon each guest's arrival. We take pride in our housekeepers and hold training sessions to aid in keeping up to date with cleaning standards. We thoroughly check the property before and after each visit.

If something needs repaired, we will either fix it ourselves or find someone that can. 

We have local resources for repairs and maintenance that are reliable & trustworthy.

 

We handle any lawn care needs such as mowing or weed eating either in-house or thru our local lawn care network.
