We provide Linens & Towels and a STARTER PACK of supplies. This starter pack is not intended to last the duration of your stay. The starter pack consists of the following: Shampoo, bath soap, liquid hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, liquid dish soap, automatic dish soap, new dish sponge, garbage bags and a small amount of laundry detergent.

$200 deposit with a credit card to reserve - balance is due the day you check in

CANCELLATIONS: If for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than 30 days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will be refunded. If less than 30 days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit required upon booking will be forfeited. No shows will be charged the full rental amount.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:

Check in time is 3:00 pm or later the day of arrival.

Check out time is 10:00 am or earlier the day of departure.

Sometimes we can accommodate an early check in or a late check out. Please notify us the night before arrival and if the property is ready, you’re welcome to check in early. As far as late check out goes, notify us the night before departure and we’ll do our best to accommodate your late check out.
